i sold like 30 items on ebay and received 23 dsr`s but paypal is still holding funds for 21 days...evan when i listed after the 23d dsr????
why is this happening?

well it is vero item but this had never happend throughout like 10 past accounts i had in the past...after 20 dsr`s i havent had a problem....
