Default Quick question about eBay cancelling transactions...

Okay, so eBay cancelled my last week of sales and removed all the transactions along with suspending my account for 30 days. (Vero violation)

My question is this: The items have been payed for and sent, and some will even arrive today.

What's going to happen now?

What exactly are you asking? Seems straight forward to me. Ebay put your account on a 30 day suspension. When the 30 days is up you can sell on it again. They removed the transactions but that doesn't mean you still won't get your money from Paypal. But if you received a 30 day suspension be warned that one more violation and the account will either get a 1 year suspension or permanent suspension. Better get more stealth accounts going now!

It depends if your buyers want to screw you or not, and how happy the they are with the price and quality of the VERO item.
If Ebay went ahead and canceled your previous sales also, then that means the buyers willl receive an email telling them to not pay. Usually, the ones that have not received anything yet will file a immediate complaint to get thier money back. I would think paypal would almost do an immediate reversal.
In any case, get your money out of there asap, but don't use bank transfer because they will reverse those as well. Use ATM, transfer to another paypal account, or buy an easily resellable item if you have to get your money out fast.

ughh this same exact happened to me recently on a stealth account- I had a bunch of a vero item I have had for a while and just wanted to get rid of them. I did a BIN over the weekend, sold them all, got paid for all. Monday morning comes, about 20 of the transactions were deleted by ebay- all of those sellers got an email saying the listing was removed due to possible counterfeit. Upside, ebay also un-assessed me all the fees for those (nice!). I told all of the people who emailed me that it was for a copyright violation, that I used someone else's picture, and they got mad at my low price, reported me, and the listing got removed. Most people were satisfied with that response. One person opened a claim immediately, from the 20. I told him I would refund his money or send the product, whatever he preferred- he opted for the product, and has now changed the claim from "not received" to "not as described" and wants to keep the product AND get his money back. All of the other monies have been released to me (and it was a brand new paypal account).
So 1/20 was a scammer/not a nice person.

Aaaand that guy just closed his Paypal claim when I said I would refund when he returned the item- so, I basically opened an ebay account, sold a ton of stuff, got suspended, everyone got their items, and I got all the money. Yay!
