Logged In To Wrong Account

I changed my IP and ran CCleaner. I have a new Stealth account but haven't sold anything yet. (letting it age) I accidentally logged in to a suspended gmail account. I didn't open any messages though.
I ran CCleaner again, any worries? Am I just paranoid?
