Setting up Seller Account
 

So I use Auctiva to set up my auctions. And every new account when I try to list on Auctiva I get the same error the first time. About how I have to upgrade my ebay account to a seller account before it can post. The only way I can do this is to go into ebay and select sell and go all the way through until im about to click list item. Is there any other way. Id like to have the account upgraded to a sellers account before i link it with auctiva. What am I missing here.
