Anyone using any offline methods to get products to sell?
 

I always thought about going to yard sales, flea markets, using the 'free' section in craigslist to get some cheap items to sell.

Just wondering if anybody has actually done this on this thread?

I could've swore I read an article once about some ladies who went to garage sales and sold everything on eBay, and made a living doing it. I wouldn't doubt it.

My mom and dad have a garage sale every year and she is selling stuff for pennies! I swore she sold my old mountain bike for like $5, and my playstation 2 for like $5 as well. I always tell her "Let me sell for you online!". But she wants no part.

Anyone use offline methods to get items? Just curious :)

I get stuff at my local thrift shops when I am starting out a stealth account so I can get my 20 DSR ratings and make it look more like I am a new person to Ebay instead of just trying to blast the account with VERO stuff.
