Account suspended, can i keep paypal open ?

So i had a couple accounts get suspended by ebay but my paypal accounts are still open. Can i make new ebay accounts and link them to those open paypal accounts or should i just start cover completly ?

You should start over completely. Some people have had success just making new ebay accounts, but it won't last long like that.
