I need a card to verify
 
I do not want to reveal my SSN anymore as I already have the original debt card for my suspended ebay account. I want a prepaid card like a gift card with a name but how will I link it to paypal? Paypal will only take a routing number and account number for verification. I saw the simon.com card and DO I NEED TO GET THE EMAIL CARD? NOT THE CARD SENT IN THE MAIL RIGHT? If you have done this how did you do it?
