This is a Question only you can awnser.
What products are you selling?
How long will it take for you to get it?
How many can you sell on Ebay within a certain time period?
What is your profit Margin?
How much Money would you like to earn?

For example if you want to earn $1000 a week, with a product that costs you $100 and allows you to earn $10 on each sale and you can sell 100 of these products a week, and it takes you a week to order and recieve the product then you would need to buy 100 products a week in order to earn $1000 (100 x $10 = $1000) 100 products a week would cost you $10,000 (100 x $100 = $10,000)

So as you can see it all depends on the awnsers to those questions.

I started with no capital, a debt of over 5 million US dollars, and my inventory consisted of 1 used VGA card. It has taken me all the way up until now to get where I am today. Tomorrow, you can add one more day to that total.

An OK amount to get started with: whatever you can reasonably obtain and risk without devastating repercussions should you unfortunately not be successful.

I started with $100, sold my inventory and minus my expenses I was able to get another shipment of a different product for $368. That turned into $572 minus expenses, continued like this and now I'm at around $5600 a month and it has taken me about 7 months from $100.

The more money you spend on your assets/inventory the more income you'll bring in. I'm hoping to make 10k a month profit or break six figures a year. This will take lots of time, dedication, hard work and creativity. Good luck and wish me luck to!

depends on what you want to sell. And of course what the market wants to buy.
