Why my item not list ... 24 h later is appers on the seach ebay

Sometimes when you list your item it takes awhile for it to appear in the search results. This is usually on new accounts or if the item is considered high risk. Im not sure if the delay is for the bots to scan the listing first or if someone from Ebay actually looks at it. If you post your listings through Ebay it does have a message that tells you it may take awhile for it to appear in the search results. You can always find a item by the item number though right after you post the listing.

Has anyone had any luck having there dsr stars corrected?

What do you mean corrected?? When your buyer leaves feedback for you they rate you with the DSR stars. You can get feedback revised but I am not sure about the DSR ratings. And for the feedback revision you are only allowed a few per year so you want to pick and choose when you try and use them smartly.
