Default Is it ok to sell unlocked & jailbreak Iphones In ebay?

I am planning to start unlocking iphones and sell them in ebay, is that is a good idea or is against ebay policy?

Is it illegal to sell unlocked or jailbreak iphones in the 1st place?

Just a word of advice. If you are selling them on a newer account there are limits to the amount of Iphones you can sell in a 30 day period. Problem is Ebay won't tell you what that limit is. I ran into that problem before when I had like 15 Iphones and couldn't list them all in that 30 day period.

Yeah you would be alright selling only 4 a month. Just try and mix them up a little bit. Such as 1 white 16gb, 1 black 16gb, 1 white 32gb and 1 black 32gb. Also don't try listing them all at once. Remember to try and take things slow if you want it to last long term. And when it comes to the limit Ebay will just have a message pop up when you try and submit the listing that informs you that you have reached your listing limit on that item and you will need to wait 30 calendar days before you can list that item again.

Yes it is perfectly fine to sell jailbreak iphone.. you will make more money this way because people do not want to pay extra for the $30 internet fee to download games or musics.
