can I remove that - feedback

hi, I buought somthing from a seller, it's not good and I leave neg feedabck

However, I get 2 neg feedback form different account( both is zero feedback), I'm sure it's from that seller who get my neg feedback

How can I try to remove that 2 feedback? I hear someone can do that

If you got negative feedback, you must had sold something?

Compare the buyers names , addresses etc on these accounts. You can also request information about buyers form ebay. You want their phone numbers so you can compare and verify them. Ebay account holders must have a valid phone and email address on file.

Report them to ebay for feedback violation, harassment etc. If you can get their accounts suspended, feedback left from new accounts less than 90 days old is automatically removed.

You can also request a feedback revision. You get 5 per 1000 sales, but the buyer must agree to it. Was the feedback left before the item was delivered? If so, ebay will remove it.... if not... you might want to try and work with your customers.


If you think it's the same guy, agree to disagree and remove all feedback. Make sense?
