DHL Problem

I'm not sure if I've put this in the right place... anyway, I got my parcel a few weeks and ago and I received a letter yesterday saying that I owe £30 in custom fees. I don't mind paying the money but will I be put on a 'list' where they look at all my parcels and charge them in the future?

do not shipping to uk by DHL,you need to pay taxes .And leave many record in custom
