if i make a new user account do i still need to change the ip address ?

Yes, if you don't want the accounts to get linked you'll need to change the IP address every time you log on.

dam that sux !!! the guide says with tethering its fine.so if i tether i dont need to change no ip right?

can you do this also? :


Type "ipconfig /release" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).
Type "ipconfig /renew" (without the quotes, on the command line by itself).


for me it says:

"no operation can be performed while it still has its media disconnected" or something like that...
