VCC- Why?

Why is it VCC's are used?. Why would you need a virtual card number, when you always have to have your real physical account number anyway?.

A VCC works like a credit card.. Not a bank account.

But in the UK you need a bank account to verify paypal?

Like I said a VCC is NOT a bank account. It works like a CC. It confirms your address.

In the US you need to complete 2 of the 3 options. SSN, CC, OR bank to remove your monthly limits.
