Buyer trying for phone refund

Some one bought a phone on the 8th of april and once they got it they said it did not work so I asked for the phone back with no replay and they emailed me today saying "I haven't left feedback yet for this phone because it has given me nothing but problems since i got it. The signal strength is very weak almost everywhere it drops calls. It just flips off for no reason even while on calls. Last time you asked me to send it back to see if you could fix it but i have to have a phone for work at all times. " What can I do here, I dont want to refund them since it has been over 30 days and the phone is going to get scratches in that time period. What are my options ? And what if they open a case one ebay?

Sounds like an iPhone.

If they file a dispute, you won't win. So, you must somehow delay them from doing so until their time-frame has expired. Or offer a partial refund for the inconvenience, but get some communication from them that they agree to a partial refund in exchange for absolving you of any further obligation to them.

It is not a iphone, I required a immediate payment and they paid on the 8th, they email me saying they cant send another it back and they want another one, I told them I can refund just accept the cancellation request, so they canceled the transaction and now they cant leave feedback, since they got it on the 8th, 45 days should be up on the 23rd of may correct? Am I good now?

I don't recall if it is 45 calendar days or 45 business days. Actually, I seem to remember the limit being 60 days, but that might be for disputes and not for feedback. You'll find the answer on ebay itself. If it says 45 calendar days, you're good. If it says 45 business days, you still have a bit of waiting.

Its 60 days to leave feedback.

How do I leave Feedback?

Feedback is indeed 60 days but I made her cancel it so it will stop her from leaving negative feedback, I tired to open a case for something I bought on the 1st or the 28th I forgot, and it is it has been past the 45 day limit which was 16th of may, I think I am good now. :) Thanks for the help guys.

Yup it is indeed 45 calender days:
