i just checked my ebay seller dash board and it shows that my violations will be cleared after may 17 2011 ????? i thought it would only take acouple of months not a year to remove those violations

dam a year what violation was that i always had to wait no longer than 2-3 months

well i got mc019 7 times copyright and mc019 2 times trademark violation.i got 7 day restriction then a 30 day after that so yeah maybe its becuz i have to many violations

The time to remove a limitation depends on the level it was catergorized in. There are three categorys low, medium and high. But getting 7 copyright violations and 2 trademark violations means the account isn't going to last long unless you completly change what you are selling. If you don't have backup stealth accounts ready to go right now you should think about making some.
