Ok, I am trying to get a grasp on things here. ES explains that you need to create a new user account, a new ip address, a new account with paypal, a new mixed up new name for ebay, and then maybe auctiva.

Ok now what if I wanted to have multiple ebay accounts? What would I need to do? Create multiple ips, paypal ids, ebay ids etc. I am just furthering my edimication..He Ha.. No really what should I do?

Yes, you need a new IP, a new User window, a new gf or cc, a new bank account, a new name, a new address, a new phone number for every new Ebay/PP account you create. Don't forget to keep a record of every date when you logged in into which stealth account and with which IP. Good luck! That's a good start!
