getting a new account
 

So I've decided to create my own stealth account. I have a broadband card which gives me a new ip address each time I connect to the internet. I'm wondering will it be suspicious if I keep logging in with a different ip address each time?

Should be ok. Just make sure you give them something else to recognize you by, either your cookies, or flash cookies. I log in all the time myself via a broadband dongle and it has a different ip each time with no problems. hope this helps :-)

If it is a stealth account, don't we NOT want them to know what are cookies are/were since the cookies were used by the original banned account?

when you create a new account , you have to open a new user account or a partition so you use it only for ebay and paypal, then you live all cookies there so next time you log in paypal and ebay will recognize your account and have no problems.. What you have to delete any account that has been limited , those cookies you do not need because they can relate you .

I have had my ebay stealth account for over a year and I frequently use cc cleaner to delete cookies etc at least 3 times a week and I never have had a problem with paypal/ebay. Guess I have been lucky.
