Prostores, any good?

I saw this prostores thing. They're cheaper than an ebay store, but do they really get traffic?

Prostores is also an ebay company, which by default makes it bad.

But I saw this

i tried them yesterday to see if they can override the merchant account thing, but nope. it's pretty good, aside from being owned by ebay though.
