USPS parcel return service for customer returns as a seller?
 

I have MANY ebay customers and am having a hard time keeping track of all the returns, a few said they sent the item back and didn't put a confirmation number on it so there I am in a he said she said situation.

I've heard of this USPS parcel return service, is it anything like UPS where I can see the whole address???

Sorry I never used USPS services before I deal with a lot of heavy packages and go the UPS route. But I'm interested in this service because you can give them a link they print out the confirmation and end of story, no jumping through hoops and breaking my back for 100% feedback :ballchain:
