giftcard question. Any help is appreciated

I just got a simon giftcard with my actual address on it. I got suspend from ebay a while ago so my question is can I sign up to be a seller using adifferent address that isn't mine and a different name or will they find out?

is the card in your name? if not..as long as you use the same city and zip you should be fine
