How to import 728 shirts ?
 

Can anyone advise me how to import 728 shirts from china? I have always used EMS before and would have to split up the shirts and ship them in small packages. However, even if i did split them up, some of the packages still get caught in custom and was charge tax duties.

I have been reading in this forum and notice a lot of people mention briefly about using DHL for big orders. Can someone please explain to me how this works? Am i able to use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and have it sent to my house and just be ready for the package when it comes? What is the max i can ship at a time with DHL that doesnt raise any suspicion?

I just created a website and will be selling these on my website. I'm not planning to deal with ebay unless my website doesn't do well for the first few months.

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

Using DHL may get better results but packages do get seized just like using EMS. 728 shirts is a huge amount to try and get into the country without any problems. I personally would have my supplier break the shipment up and use all available shipping methods EMS,DHL and UPS. Then keep each package small so if you do get a seizure then it won't hurt your bottom line as bad.

In this thread you give a synopsis of how well you did in China. It seems strange then you want the forum to explain how to import items.
