Dial up ISP's External Modem

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to know if there is anything I should worry about using an external USB Modem for my dial up. I keep getting suspended or linked and wondering if it has to do with my dial up. Can they read My info??? Are certain ISP's better than others? Stealth wise..
