The IP address issue
 

Okay -- at the risk of asking a question that's already been answered in other threads (sorry, I'm very lazy today) ...

I just purchased a Stealth account and I see that the account address is in L.A. Being as though my IP shows that I'm at the opposite end of the country, doesn't this raise a red flag?

The Stealth guide (in all its awesomeness) points out that your IP should coincide with your actual geographic location.

Need more info. What kind of connection are you using? Who is the provider?

Cable modem. Comcast.

Shouldn't be a problem. When a Comcast UBR gets clogged with traffic, they adjust some QoS settings within their system and will sometimes move your signal to another server with lower traffic. Kinda like the electric grid...
