When can I change information?
 

when is it safe to change the address and password of an ebay account that I purchased off someone? Should I even change the address? I'm in Vancouver while the account is registered in Quebec. So if I change it, it's just because I'm worried about the ip issue outlined in the guide.

If you bought it, just leave it as is. Change the phone number, but that's it. And it doesn't really matter when you do it.

Do not change to much all at once, Change the address after you have the account for a while, (People do move) then wait a while (like a Month) change password, In the meantime do some Light Occasional Buying Only, No selling, take your time and you should be OK.

Changing the 'address' on a stealth account? Why would you 'change it' obv you could Never change it to your 'real address' that was previously banned?

People change it to other accessible address or a rentable mailbox type address

So it ok to change the 'reg address' in ebay/paypal to an address that 'you can access'

I thought this was only used when 'added' as a seperate address for returns?

@johnguango, need to provide more info about the life of the account and nature of activity
