Any recommendations for a cheap and convenient US package forwarding service or a US virtual office service, preferably one that does not require the filling up of Form 1583.
Thanks |

Thanks | I am looking as well, but I think that form 1583 will have to be filled out no matter what. It is illegal for them to receive mail on anyone's behalf without filing that with the USPS.
It would be nice if they had a service that could receive PACKAGES from carriers OTHER THAN THE USPS that did not require the form, but I doubt that exists.
I also wouldn't want to ask any service this question. I mean, if I were the service and someone asked ME about not wanting to fill it out, I would have to think that the person was up to no good. |
| ryanba | 07-18-2010 08:19 PM | Hi,
I've looked at a LOT of these services, I am with Virtual Post Mail and Bundlebox, VPM does require that you fill out a USPS 1583 form, but you don't need a notry if you send a copy of your passport and bank statement, Bundlebox does NOT require you to fill out a USPS 1583 form as they do it for you.
With Virtual Post Mail, you can have mail and packages sent to them.
With Bundlebox, it's package/s only.
They are both great in my book with excellent service.
They both give you a street address and NOT a po box address.
EDIT: Just noticed you are in the USA, Bundlebox does ship to US residents on request, you would need to email them and ask before using
the address. |

| Burning | 07-19-2010 04:08 PM | If your using this as a main address for ebay/paypal then it's a BAD idea. Just imagine how many people use the same address for there account. The point of these addresses is to forward items to international countries. Many ebayers and websites do not ship internationally, that where main forwarders come to play. |

I've also some real experience US Mail Forwarding and US virtual Address. To shop from the United States, I've been using a free package forwarding service from VIAddress : The Global Leader in Package Forwarding for a few months now, and I'm quite satisfied with them... I used them to shop on Amazon.com and Ebay.com and it works great!
The registration is free on VIAddress : The Global Leader in Package Forwarding. They provide you with a personal US address that you can use to shop from any US merchant and have Viaddress forward your packages to your country.
If the US merchant does not accept international credit cards, Viaddress can buy the products for you, with no commission fees, and then forward the packages to you. You just pay for the shipping fees.
Thanks |
myus.com can redirect mail.
You get a suit number but as noted above, these places are way to common to use address for paypal or eBay |

It’s illegal for companies to handle mail without that form. It guarantees you said it’s okay that they receive and forward your mail. I use postscan mail’s virtual services and i never had any problems. I can easily say that i trust them. Service is good. They store my mail for free and they forward my packages without any delay. Good luck with your search. I personally recommend postscan mail. |

Re: US Mail Forwarding and US virtual Address- Any Recommendations is it possible to go to usps and fill out a change of address on their website with all your stealth details to reroute your packages to your real address? or is this too risky? |
