Anything new in the past several months? I have been gone.
 

Hey everyone:yar: I was gone since Feb this year for military obligations and have not had any internet/phone access until this month (June). It was so nice to not have to worry about ebay and paypal I will admit and the stress that comes along with it. Im going to Asia later this summer to build some containers and I was going to put some stuff on there to sell on ebay. I'm up to date as Feb 2010. Have they added anymore obstacles since then?

Here in the U.K. nothing much has changed. A bit of a clampdown when it comes to VERO.

New selling accounts on ebay now get a message to call in and verify after you sell a certain amount.

They ask you your registration info. How old you are. Then a few questions gathered through public records about your registration info. So if it stealth do some google searches about the name and address used.

Question usually have to do with previous area code or address number. Then something like how many bedrooms/bathrooms in your house. If you have a fireplace, etc.
Usually, you could answer none of the above and pass, even if none of the above wasn't an option.

Well if that is about it I should be good to go. Was there a certain dollar amount sold the restrictions and phone verify were getting put on at?

Think it depends on a lot of factors. Like if it is a high risk item or not.

It probably kicks in after certain number of days, dollars or sales. Judging from just my own personal info. Something like:

60 Days or
$2000 Dollars or
40 Sales
