Should I have an 800 number on my merchant account DBA

When someone buys from me using my merchant account, should I put an 800 number to contact me (it'll be voicemail though) on their credit card statement? Or does it not matter and I can just put a local telephone number that will be long distance for most people?

Right now I have an 800# on it.
