does a non camera picture still contain data

hi

I have some catalogue pics which I downloaded and edited on my old computer as it has corel draw etc on

they have no exif data on etc

will there be any other data on them to do with my old computer?

just to confirm thes arent pics took with my camera and have never been uploaded to ebay before
