I could make $400 daily. If i make $50 a day on a new account with one to two transaction of similar digital items do i have a high potential of being suspended?

It depends what you are selling. The higher risk the items, the more likely a suspension, or limitation.

dont think of selling items youll be delivering through email..
deliver those with tracking...in some way...

What do you mean by "tracking"? Sorry i am new to the forums.

ebay is against digitally delivered items..but you can "ship" it to them in different matter.

Nobody can give you a straight yes or no answer. You'll never know until you try it and find out yourself. Too many factors too include and of course you could get lucky and slip under the radar. Digital items are risky and you could get suspended, but you could also rob a bank without being caught.

The best way to sell digital media or stuff you send through email is to post it as a classified ad to comply with ebay rules. Yes, it costs $9.95 for 30 days, but it is ebay policy so suspending you or taking the listing down would not happen because ebay rules says digital media needs to be in a classified ad. Plus, add that with a service invoice and you are protected against paypal claims. If you want to risk doing a regular ebay listing for digitial media, all it would take is one unhappy buyer or a seller selling the same thing to report your listing and out it goes and then you are at risk. On top of that, you would have to ship with tracking and to ship a 1 oz letter anywhere in the US costs $1.41. Choose wisely.

you can make 400 usd one day,so 400*30=12,000 usd each month, it is not too bad if you can keep this status or get more better .
