How do you use a Ebay vcc?
 
I made a USA Ebay account with a vpn and once i try to sell on it, all it needs is a phone to verify. I dont see that you need to attach your credit card in order to sell which means that i dont need a Ebay vcc. How do i add a Ebay vcc to my Ebay account?

go to my ebay

go to account on the top left grey tab

on the left, go to sellers account i think... or scroll all the way down... it should show bank account/credit card and something else... and the vcc there...
