M198 - Restricted for 7 days
 

Guys,

Second VeRO in four months and already restricted for 7 days. Incredible!

I am warned not to open a new account for selling. However, I already have other accounts (all with same info). Am I allowed to use them? I would not be registering new accounts, I would be using already existing ones.

Second VeRO? You didn't learn from the first? Bummer.

You can use the other accounts - might get nailed after some time but try and learn from your VeRO mistakes. Apparently, whatever you are selling is too hot. Let it go.

You think that's bad one of my accounts has had 3 Vero's and has been suspended for 30 days.

No problems there, same thing happened to me. I had an account that got two MC019 violations and the 7 day selling restriction. I had two accounts both attached to the same Paypal and both with identical information.

One of the accounts got burned with the 7 day and I simply listed on the other account with no problems. Even the payments were being made to the same Paypal account as the suspended eBay account. If it's heavy VeRO though and you want to sell the it on the other account I'd try and sell them on the weekends to avoid VeRO. Keep in mind this only works with some VeRO items and not all.

Just think of the accounts with the same information as completely separate accounts, only the downside is if one of them gets suspended the other ones will be burned too. So, in essence you're safe until you get suspended on any account.
