Got letter from U.S Custom
 

Hello, my package has been seized package sent with DHL and got letter U.S Custom a week later. Please tell me what to do with letter. Just ignore or what?

Ignore. Do not reply at all.

Contact your seller and try to work something out. If they refuse, and you bought on DHGate or something similar, you can fax the letter to them for a refund. But try to work with the seller first.

Re-seal the letter give it to your mailman and tell them to return to sender.Tell them its address to you in error(not your letter).Customs does not close a file unless they get the letter back.
At that point the goods are forwarded to Utah and destroyed. Its a pretty simple way to stay safe and in the process all evidence is destroyed.

Work with the seller most honest sellers will be fair.I you used DHgate you have the option to dispute.Your funds are held by Dhgate on Escrow and will not be released to the seller unless you agree.Use that as a last resort.

I also got a letter today in the mail. i wasn't home, i didn't sign for it obviously. My Mailman will not attempt multiple deliveries, it's 1 shot and then it sits at the PO till i go.. So my question is, should i just ignore it? I know the answer is yes, but it's all good that it gets returned to sender as unsigned?

Was this a certified letter??? From customs???

yes............google is everyone's friend. A lot of steroid users import that stuff. They have it a lot worse than we do. they have to clean out their house etc... incase of "controlled deliveries" aka deliveries and then they bust you. Steroids is pretty hardcore i guess... And from what i've read, they just ignore the letters too, and they are all sent certified. Glad i changed EMS to po box. Now i never will answer mailman at the door. lol

Without telling more than you want to, what type of items were in the package?
How big was the package?
How often were you receiving packages?

Think knowing these answers might be of great help.
