Had a total moron bidder today. An item I usually sell in the $40 range, he raced it up to $90 with another bidder. He ended up winning it and when I sent him the invoice, he answered "sorry I can't pay for this, I didn't think I'd end up winning it".

If I had a dime for every person who has suddenly been hospitalized and can't pay .. I'd be RICH and not have to sell on ebay!

Of course I still would ... I'm addicted to selling .. :)

wait a bit and negative them. one more person off. also like i suggested before what if we start a long forum post with idiot ebayers that all of us can add to our banned buyers list? or would that be an easy way for ebay to single all of us on this forum out since we'd have the same people...hmm yeah maybe..so nevermind then :)

The funny thing is, her profile already has 4 negative feedbacks out of 9 total in the past 2 months. All saying she didn't expect to win. How the #&*@ is she still not banned from eBay. She has about 55% positive.

If we listed all the bad buyers the list would be over 1000, the maximum of blocked bidder list.

Ebay should let sellers filter buyers based on their feedback percentage score.

Yahoo auctions gave you the option of blocking bidders with more then X amount of negative, or buyer strikes. I just start to notice ebay having a box to check to block "problem" bidders.

That option has always been there before. It's just that the new interface has made it stand out more when you make a listing.

Yes, in ebays 'New bie" listing tool- they automatically ask you if you want to block potentially problem sales..
__ FYI - in Amazon .com- theres no way to block buyers.. or competition..
