Somethings wrong with my ebay
 

The last two sales say in ebay that they are waiting for payment. I checked with a buyer. They say they paid to a different email? When this button inside ebay says 'claim your payment' in my messages, I press it and it goes into opening a paypal account and all as if I don't have one linked now. I check my paypal and there is nothing showing a partial or echeck thing nothing at all! So one buyer I thought was a deadbeat still wanted the item after all this but they haven't filled my PP money request either! Now the next item is acting the same way but a little different. I have no idea if all my accounts are efft.

Claim your payment means that there was some error in the e-mail that is your paypal mode of payment. I have had that happen. Ended up having to open another paypal account. You can refund their payment then ask them to send it to other paypal.

Yea but I'm not getting the payment in paypal at all. The email that one buyer (said) they sent payment to was one digit less than my real paypal! This buyer said ebay said to have me use a different merchant account with credit card payment? That's weird and fishy. I could see that buyer trying something but it was an auction and the second buyer is in payment limbo too! Everything is wrong with it. Auctiva says 'checkout complete' but no money sign green.

Your mistyped your paypal email when you created the auction.

To find out which paypal it went to do this.

Log into ebay, click on my ebay, click on sold, next to the item that says claim your payment click sell similiar from the drop down list.

When it pulls up the next page, scroll down to see what paypal email is in the payment box, that is the email the payment went to.

Well I'll go do that now but I use auctiva and it never did this before. The account is 8 months old. but thanks I'll get back to ya.

That's what I did wrong. I left out one letter in my paypal email in auctiva! Thanks so much! I had a keylogger infest my other PC so I was paranoid. Thanks again!
