Using a friend's ebay account

I am going to start using a friend's ebay account along with his paypal, should i keep everything the same or what things can i change without ebay/paypal getting suspicious. I was planning on keeping everything the same and then transfer money from his paypal account to mine. Whats the best way in your opinion to do this?

I would also like some info on this. A friend of mine who is in a close ip range is giving me his 10 year old ebay account. How can I wisely attach a new paypal account to it and what info should I change/leave alone... I think his account was just a buyer account and I want to slowly start selling vero on it...
