Checking / listing auctions from another IP while on vacation
 

I am going away for a week tomorrow and want to continue selling / shipping items while there. My question is, will it be a problem since it will be from another IP? Is there any way I can setup a proxy on my PC that I can use while their to connect through my home connection?

the best way i have found to do that is to use inkfrog or another auction listing tool software. You never log into ebay directly.

I just did this, Paypal shut my account down, I had to call to verify. And when I tried to list on ebay, their automated system called to verify the account.

So you aren't allowed to check your Ebay account if you are away from home?? That's just crazy!

I called ebay in December .. i have had same ebay account almost 11 years ..i was going to south america for 3 weeks for the holidays ...i asked as far as problems and i was told just take one of my 4 laptops that had been registered with them or they said i would have a problem if i checked from internet cafe or diff pc .. so i took laptop and used satellite card and didnt have any probems ..
