Starting out

I have read ebay stealth and I know with a new account you should only list 1 item per week, but how long do I have to do this for? When can i start listing more per week? When should i move up to 2 per week, then 3, etc.

open up one account a week and within 30 to 60 days you can move up to 2 to 3 a week
