Registering a thai ebay account problem

Ive gone onto ebay.com to register for a thai ebay account, i have a thai paypal , everytime i put the address in the form and select THAILAND as the country , the page reloads & goes to ebay.co.uk , ive never used ebay on this new user account on my laptop , i find it very strange why this is happening , if anyone could help ...thanks :violin:
