Can you please clarify this ebay message for me
 

They restricted my seller activity and asked me to post documents to them e.g. national id card, credit card statement, goods invoice. So I sent them all documents a few days ago. Today I got a reply from them but it does not clear to me. Could you please clarify this message for me.

Does it mean they reviewed my account and all is done?

or

They need to review further. However during the reviewing, they just temporary reinstated my account?

If they can't call you a phony they will just stop you from earning and collecting money.

yep you are ok to sell now. if they accepted those documents for ebay, when you eventually get the paypal limit those same documents should be ok for them too

I check my account and I find that I still got selling limit. because ebay ask me to pay for outstanding balance before list more items althought I have set up automatic monthly fee payment. This happened many times before I sent them document. I thought after the review they would lift this limit but it's still on.

what ebay will do to lift my selling limit? what will they ask for again?
