Listing titles on eBay

Is it okay when listing an item on eBay that isn't an official product but is designed for use with that product to list the companies name in the title?

There are HUNDREDS of them. I don't think you would get removed if it actually does work with the iPhone. Better than iPad might raise some issues but I dont think its that big a deal.

Also, I dont think they would suspend you right off the bat for this type of violation. You would just get a slap on the wrist.
