Having 2 ebay accounts under same info....
 

Ok guys a quick question for anyone that knows. I have met my max 30 day listing on one of my accounts and I don't want to list any of the product I have on any of my other 2 selling accounts. My question is this. If I register a new ebay account under the same info as the account I have a listing restriction on could I then List the remaining of my product on that name with no limitation. Also would I need to CC+Phone Verify that name to sell on it with the same info as I used to register the attatched account, Or would I not need to because the original name is already verified. Hopfully that makes sense!

Yes, you can have 2 ebay accounts attatched to 1 paypal as long as all the information is the same on everything. You will have to do the phone verification on the new account. I have 2 accounts under 1 paypal. Once 1 gets the 30 day selling limit, I use the second account to start selling again. It is actually recommended by ebay to have two accounts if you have a large inventory to move.

Just a follow up to this. I created another account with the same info and connected it to the same PP account with no issues. Anyone know if the same start off slow listing+selling with new accounts applies even if its a 2nd selling account is linked to an older one? Or can I start of selling a bit faster because the other account is older? :peace:

No, dont do that. Rotate selling and let both go s l o w l y to stay safe for you. There's no need to rush to sell. Rushing means mistakes and that means losing accounts.

I should point out that one small piece of info I am not sure that you realize. The 2nd ebay account should have a different email address. I can not tell if you have done this. (Trying to drink coffee on a Monday downunder to wake up) :pop2:

Hey Mate. Yes I had to use a different email addy to even register the 2nd account. Just everything else was the exact same. I then added that new email to the same PP account. :peace:

But with that second account, will it trigger them to ask for invoices and statements? Since it makes it look like you have a lot of inventory?

Touch wood that won't happen. I brought a couple of cheap items from china last night like phone case for $0.12 and couple of boxes for $0.06 just for the feedback, my mail box will be full of crap soon :P. Decided to list 1 item on it today will keep it like that for the remainder of this week and hope everything goes well.:pop2:

Just to clarify, you now have 2 'primary' email addresses on your paypal account linked to 2 ebay accounts?

didnt know you could have 2 email addresses active at the same time.. ill give it a shot :juggle:

FYI supreme, you can have up to 7 or so e-mail addresses for Paypal...

all active at the same time? if so thats great... you learm somthing new every day.. tnaks for that.

Well I only have 1 primary email on paypal, it only allows one. But I added another email address to the paypal; the one I used to create the new ebay account with. hope that makes sense:canada: I think you can have up to 8 emails with one paypal account.
