Buying on ebay

I have a question and was just wondering if anybody has the correct answer. I see it all the time when I am selling but now I'm wondering if I can do it buying as well.

So when you use a buying account on ebay are you able to pay with different PayPal accounts? Which address do they ship to the ebay 1 or the Paypal 1? I will just start here and listen to the comments thanks!

You can pay with different Paypal account BUT you have to let the seller know and he has to agree - for obvious reasons. He won't be protected for his sales.

That being said, I just did a buy from an eBay account with limited paypal so I told him I would have a different account pay for it. He had no problems.

As for shipping, I made it clear where I wanted it sent. The sale price was only 10 bux so eh was ok with it.

Ok so with that being said the shipping goes to the PayPal account not the ebay account? I wonder how it works with Paymate. Only reason I was asking and wondering why people would have different names on their PayPal accounts and still getting the products maybe I should look for someone who buys and sells on a account. Thanks!

I was wondering this exact same question... I just recently purchased something from ebay with my real address and used a stealth paypal with different address. When i logged in to my Papypal to see the payment details the shipping address is that of my ebay account, which is what I wanted. So, now I am waiting for the item to arrive or I can email the buyer and ask which shipping address he is using.

You can add shipping addresses to your Paypal after verification. I did this without problems before.

You need to communicate with your seller well to make sure it's clear.

Some sellers will mention in their listings that they will ship only to paypal confirmed address... You need to communicate with the seller, if he would be OK to send it to a new address... Most of them do, especially big ones, will ship to your new addresses...

Many sellers don't mind sending to a different address if you tell them your out of town or on vacation. All you would have to do is just write the address on the check-out box.
My friends pay for my items all the time and they have never had any problems putting my previously suspended info on there during check-out.

Thanks! This is exactly the answer I'm looking for. I know that you ask the seller etc. All I wanted to be able to do was order things and pay with different PayPal accounts. I didn't want to try it if it wouldn't work thanks again time to do some testing....
