Default How would you react to this regarding Cart Manager payment?

I clearly stated on my auction page that I only take paypal via 3rd party checkout. The buyer wins and then send me this email....please advise!

Mr. xxxx;
Your buyers need to make payements securily and on timely basis. Your failure to comply with eBay rules, if not rectified, would be reported to eBay.

Regarding your attempts to direct us for payment via third non-ebay related party is not acceptable. We do not believe this is secure and you need to comply with sales rules of eBay.

Please note, we will only pay via eBay or Paypal transaction. Once you have rectified Paypal preferences, please only than reply back.

Thanks.

I just love when buyers ask questions or want to change the rules AFTER they win. Happens all of the time with me on eb motors where it can really be a pain because of the huge fees they charge.

Isn't what you are doing an acceptable method for ebay anyway?

First of all try and explain it clearly to him to give him the opportunity to understand. In my opinion though it's an early warning sign of a buyer who is going to turn out to be a problem further down the line if you get passed the payment process.

Another trend I've noticed is when they start asking too many questions before they've even purchased. Requesting information about returns policy usually means they're going to use it regardless.

eBay seems to enjoy cutting it's nose off to spite it's face.

Welcome to the wonderful world of ebay.
From what I read it appeared that you were not phishing, just using a 3rd party checkout? How can that be trying to transact outside of ebay?

Could be a competitor, check him out. Google search is your friend when it comes to matters like this.

Most Likley NOT A competitor, Just a "Brainwashed" Hard Assed Buyer who thinks that they "Know" Something, and Must Prove it by Inflicting their Will and a Little "Pain' on the Seller.

Unfortunatly there is not Much you can do about this Situation, You can track the Buyer down, Knock on their Door, introduce youself and Scare the BeJesus out of them, when they Realize that Ebay's "Buyer" Protection, can only go so far, they Might think twice in the Future.

On a more serious note, you might want to Take a Look at your Shopping Cart, (Cartmanager) You May want to find one that Intergrates "Seemlessly" with Ebay AND your Merchant account, this way when the Buyer Clicks on the "Pay Now" Button on Ebay your Shopping cart Takes over and "Seemlessly "Redirects" the Buyer to your Merchant account where they Of Course will have that Paypal option that you Mentioned. I would also NOT Make ANY Mention of "3rd" Party Anything on your Listing

Default Kyozou

Its Kyozou, I dont know much about it. But they DO NOT list prices on their site it seems. So I assume its one of those $199 down $1 mil a month type of deals.

Their site is Grow your online retail business without hiring more employees

if somebody finds out pricing, please post.
