Help please! Advice needed, wondering if i will be linked
 

I just created a stealth account. I wanted to browse the internet. I intended to log into my user account that I use to browse but I logged into my user account that is used for ebay. I was using my cable connection which has a ip that has been banned.

I did not log into ebay or paypal. I'm wondering if I logged into ebay/paypal on that user account but using my broadband card if I'll be linked.

I hope you guys understand what I'm trying to explain. Please advise.

I don't think logging in using a banned ip address in and of itself is enough to link you, unless you do it very shortly after the original account has been banned. Cookies and other things probably also come into play.
I have logged into good standing accounts many times via previous ip addresses that had been banned and never lost an account, just for that.

The bottom line is if I'm understanding you I believe that you said that you did not log into ebay or paypal so in this instance you should be fine
