| Pluses are this: no paypal needed unless you are selling in a high risk category.
Opportunity to use other methods for payment.
Negatives needed to be considered are:
ebay does not pay as much attention to the date of the account as it used to say 12 months ago. ebay sees the account as one that has come out of moth-balls and looks at it as new.
Account may still be subject to the MC010, MC0169 .
Account will need to be re-established to meet any ebay criteria.
This is not a race into selling account but an account to nuture & use. Although those suspensions are long expired and ebay claim they do not count, their mark is there. Keep that in mind as you start to use the account.
Be meticulous with records of IP, password etc. Dont cross-link to any other stealth account.
Be careful with the account and you can do very well.
