LOW DSR calculation

When eBay evaluate your account, if your low detailed DSR's (1's and 2's) are at a higher percentage then they say your allowed do they suspend you account? Also someone told me eBay use the low detailed DSR's that you've got in last 3 months, is this true?

yes, its 3 months worth of DSR ratings. And from my experience they dont suspend you, they limit the amount u can sell to allow you to try and improve it, if it doesnt improve then they probably will suspend you,.

So if my account has had low detailed seller ratings in the last 12 months, but not in the last three they don't look at the last 12 months?
