Will eBay suspend my account because of this?

Under my Seller Dashboard the Low Detailed Seller Ratings are;

Item as described - meets expectations
Communication - meets expectations
Dispatch time - I've had 6 1's and 2's left, your only allowed 3
P&P Charges - Had 4 left only allowed 4

Is this enough for them to suspend my account. This is over a 12-month period. In the last 3 months I've had no low DSR ratings but they evaluate the 12 month period.

How the hell do you improve on low DSR's anyway?

Well to improve your dispatch time, if you offer free shipping on your products you will automatically get 5 stars for that when the buyer leaves you feedback, you could offer free shipping for a period of time of cheap items until you get your rating back up! offering cheaper costing items would prob get all your ratings up.

Will they suspend me?

They will Most Likely Limit your Account in some way
