Low DSR'S on Ebay but not on Ebay UK

Hello, I have a stupid question. I have a selling limit in place due to low dsr's. If I was to log onto Ebay UK, would the selling limit still be the same? The reason I ask is according to the dashboard, my low dsr's are only visible on Ebay USA, not on UK. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I too would like to know this. I assume that the selling limits refer to the region of the world you are located in.
