Technical Legalities of Using friends/relatives eBay Accounts

.. so is it illegal? Does it break an eBay agreement to use anothers account to list with?


Also, is it technically illegal or breaking the agreement blah blah, to sell accounts? How does that all work?

.. I always try to be by the book, especially when your Ltd - which btw, legalities wise is a Ltd company (you know like, what are they called in america? C.. something), the Ltd cant have its own account, because its only an artificial person, so it has to have a trustee account, am I right? Therefore, i'm thinking with a limited company it shouldnt be illegal to operate multiple accounts through different peoples names because they're technically trustee accounts.....

Hi- I personally have used my Moms acct -it got banned-she said so what.. I have also used my deceased Fathers acct-again my Mom said so what.. Ebay accts are Free..I have also used my sons/daughters..the fees get paid, the goods always get shipped.. As for LLC-I have several in llc names, but prob not how u are presenting...Create your ebay acct as taught here-be honest- and always ship to the folks-even if ebay cans u-That Bad Karma can come back, I feel..Good LUCK!
